Ed Harris presents Charles R. Uy the Directors Guild of America Student Award for his short film, Waiting In The Wings, produced at the School of Visual Arts. Charles went on to shadow director Joel Schumacher, actors Robert DeNiro and Philip Seymour Hoffman on the feature production Flawless.
